About

Built from standards, discernment, and real conviction.

I’m Debbie Boyd. Boyd Endeavors is the home base for what I trust, what I teach, and how I think about wellness, income, leadership, and long-term ownership.

01 / The Story

I am a Texas Aggie, married to Mike, and the mom of Jenna and Cayden. We live in the Tulsa metro area, where I’ve built my life, my work, and a large part of my leadership. I have spent more than a decade building inside performance-based businesses, and I have learned the difference between motion and progress.

For ten years, my home base was Rodan + Fields. I built a team, reached the top one percent, and learned what consistent work inside a real model looks like. When that business started shifting in ways that no longer matched what I believed the model could be, I started looking at what was next. I was not interested in chasing another launch. I was looking for a product line I would use anyway, a model built for leverage, not just effort, and a company I could lead inside without compromise.

A product line I would use anyway. A model built for leverage, not just effort.

I found Bravenly Global through people I trusted. I evaluated the products against a real standard, watched how the company handled the operational parts of building, and then went to work. Boyd Endeavors is the home for everything that comes out of that work. The wellness side, the income leverage side, the leadership side, and the standards I refuse to drop. This site is not a storefront. It is where I organize what I trust, what I write, what I teach, and how I build with intention.

02 / Standards

Five lines that do not move.

01

Understanding before recommendation.

I do not recommend products casually. I look at the formulation, the intended use, the customer experience, and the routine it belongs inside. My job is not to pretend every product is for me. My job is to help people ask better questions and find what actually fits.

02

Standards over noise.

There is more wellness content on the internet than anyone could read in a lifetime. Most of it is noise. I write about what I actually do, what I actually practice, and what holds up over time.

03

Routine before reaction.

Routines create results. I build my recommendations around how a real day runs, not around the moment a product is trending or a launch is hot.

04

Conversation before checkout.

My business does not begin with a cart. It begins with a conversation. We talk through what fits, then decide the next step together.

05

Long-term trust over quick conversion.

I would rather have a customer for ten years than a sale this week. Trust compounds. Pressure does not.
